At dressmeup, we operate on a payment first basis so we would encourage you to check your email and revert ASAP to avoid disappointment.
However in the event that a paid item is out of stock, we will offer full refund.
Note that placing an order would mean that we would reserve the item for you. Please do make payment in the two days allowance or we would have no choice but to void your order.
Dead buyers would be blacklisted from the website so it is much appreciated if you inform us that you wish back out of your order.

Our exchange policy applies on a case by case basis and is strictly for defective items. If you find any items faulty, please email us immediately to inform us. Proof of defect should be provided (e.g photo)
All defective item(s) should reach us within 14 days from the date of purchase. After this period of 14 days, the exchange policy would deem to be ineffective.
We recommend registered mail as if buyers choose normal mail, we will not be liable for any loss/ damages of mail
